Senior Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Roles & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and policies.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support business objectives and decision-making.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience working in human resources roles, with a focus on HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Proven leadership and strategic HR management skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
