Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure application deployments, integrations, and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance Azure application performance and reliability.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and best practices.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline code deployment, testing, and release processes across multiple environments.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI to provision and configure Azure resources.
Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to ensure system reliability and performance.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams on Azure development tools and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies, updates, and best practices.
Respond to support tickets and queries in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ yrs proven experience in Azure development and support.
Strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates) for automated environment provisioning and management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
