Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to developers using Azure services and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure application deployments, integrations, and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance Azure application performance and reliability.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline code deployment, testing, and release processes across multiple environments.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI to provision and configure Azure resources.
- Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams on Azure development tools and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies, updates, and best practices.
- Respond to support tickets and queries in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ yrs proven experience in Azure development and support.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates) for automated environment provisioning and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Azure certification is a plus.
