Job Description
Job Title: Associate Business Analyst
Job Location: Infopark, Kochi
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our dynamic application development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of web-based solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, use cases, and test plans.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a web application development environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
