Own/support product management responsibilities on assigned projects/products and supporting the product management team on core product management activities such as competition benchmarking, win-loss analysis, pricing analysis, monitoring market trends, competition intelligence, product roadmaps, Voice of Customer etc enabling data-based decision making across portfolio.

Own/support product management responsibilities on assigned projects/products
Support the team in identifying high-opportunity profitable markets, developing market models, monitoring trends, competition, market research related activities etc
Drive core marketing processes such as win-loss analysis, competition mapping etc
Partner with Product Managers/ Regional Marketing teams on specific programs/initiatives to support initiative deployment
Education & Experience : The ideal candidate will be a
Total Experience in years: Work experience 4-6 years (Management Consulting/Business Marketing/ Product Management, Sales/BD ) from industrial, engineering/tech companies is highly preferred Graduation/ Degree: B. Tech or B.E or related field from a top tier Institute
Background and Skills : The ideal candidate will be Domain (Preferred Industry) Automation, Industrial & Engineering firms
Must have: Strategic mindset with strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities; Experience in data analysis, market research, core marketing concepts- Sizing, Segmentation etcWeb based Software development Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams spread across various countries/regions
