Job Description
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive software development strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of experienced team leaders responsible for managing and guiding their respective development teams.

- Ability to collaborate and work closely with global teams processes.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, cloud computing, and communication systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development teams.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards and processes.
- Implement robust testing and quality assurance practices.
- Ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 14+ years of experience in software development, with at least 08 years in leadership, including a Director role or a similar level of management (manager of managers).
- Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of AWS computing platforms and relevant architectures.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Advantage: Experience with end-to-end communication applications (e.g., VoIP, messaging, video conferencing).
- Advantage: Experience in one or more the following software languages: NodeJs, Java, Objective C, Kotlin, VUE.JS
