Job Description

- At least 10 years of experience in platform engineering.
- Very strong technical skills across a broad suite of technologies. No one can cover every technology and design pattern, but we expect you will be able to draw from your experience to generalize and learn quickly.
- Experience working with cloud technologies. AWS is essential, although Azure and GCP experience are beneficial.
- You understand all aspects of platform engineering.
- You have energy, curiosity, and desire to continuously learn and improve.
- You find pragmatic solutions to complex socio-technological problems.
- Bringing knowledge of scalable platforms in a regulated environment where data privacy is essential.
- Experience operating in a similar technical lead role.
- Seeing the bigger picture and grasping the full scope of the business.
- Being a strong advocate for Agile and Lean engineering practices.
- Having a drive to always leave things better than how you found them: code, processes, documentation, interactions with people and every other aspect of your work life.
