Role Description:
Discover the best solution to a problem that need to be solved, ensures that the solution is both valuable and viable taking into account constraints from e.g sales, service, marketing, finance and privacy. Translates business strategy into product strategy and contributes with deep knowledge of the user/customers and the data about how the user engage with the product as well as latest industry trends and competition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product and Solution Development 6: Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
- Testing 6: Develop product specifications and design test procedures and standards.
- Solutions Analysis 5: Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Data Collection and Analysis 5: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
- Documentation and Backup 5: Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
