Job Description
- Build user-centric (design first approach), data-driven products by championing products and features from conception to implementation.
- Understand the competitive landscape by keeping up with the latest trends in marketing.
- Determine customers need through persona-based research and product feedback and helping to define the overall customer journey.
- Build, maintain and own a prioritized roadmap in collaboration with the cross functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrate business acumen by leading feature delivery and driving business results with cross functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Legal by approaching these interactions with collaboration and empathy towards common goals.
- Demonstrate strong product judgement and expertise with an ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals and drive revenue.
- Formulate and test hypotheses, gather data, synthesize findings, and promote data-literacy across the organization.
- Develop features, which can integrate in a variety of technical environments, using Agile / SCRUM methodology by effectively managing tradeoffs on scope, resources, timeline, and customer benefit across multiple, complex feature sets.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
- Drive product/solution launches through collaboration across cross functional teams.
- Knowledge sharing tools and documents (e.g., User Guides, FAQs, Training Videos).

- Bachelor s Degree
- Initiative-taking and collaborative individual who has passion to change the world.
- At least 5 years working in a technology environment with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a product manager, with a record of successfully delivering complex products to the consumer space.
- Leverage proven B2B capabilities for across market segments
- Demonstrate strong product judgement by developing and continually prioritizing, user needs for Fleet
- Continually review market and competitive data to best position our solution and roadmap
- Lead discussions with customers and partners for roadmap sharing and feedback
- Partner with marketing on development of value proposition, sales tools, and collateral development
- Background collaborating with engineering / development teams
- Exceptional organization skills, meticulous diligence, critical thinking and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and other development management tools
Additional experience preferred, but not required:
- Experience with electric vehicle charging software offerings and EVs is a plus
