Project Engineer. at one of our locations in. Asia Region in India (Pune, Lonikand). Your tasks: Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment: Estimate detailed process cost, Machine & Equipment cost, investment cost.

Interact with global team to understand and adopt technologies. Perform line capacity calculation, cycle time calculation and takt-time calculation. Knowledge of line balancing, lean principles, and prepare preliminary process line layout. Co-ordinate and provide investment details to Project Manager to prepare project budget.

Knowledge of injection molding tool, stamping tool cost estimation is an added advantage. Actively participate with CFT team in formulating process documents like PFD, PFMEA, list of equipment etc. Ability to Track & maintain records of Project progress to meet customer timeline. Support department initiatives by working with other engineers to solve problems in the department and fulfill initiative requests from Engineering Management.

Job Requirements. Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent). Mechanical engineering with experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Product & Process. Experience in RFQ Handling, Process & Investment Cost for Automotive Wiring Harness Product.

Prepare Preliminary Assembly Flow Chart. Knowledge in Teamcenter is added advantage. Experience in automotive standards like IATF, USCAR & tools like APQP. Experience in Product Engineering 6-8 Years.
