IQS Engineer.

Your tasks:.

Support and Troubleshooting:.
Provide technical support for IQS-related issues, offering timely troubleshooting and assistance.
Assist Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) in developing and moderating FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), CP (Control Plans), IP (Inspection Plans), PPAP, Customer and Supplier complaints, Measuring equipment management, ensuring smooth implementation of new projects.
Correct data errors and ensure accurate data input within the IQS system.
Set up, configure, and manage IQS system to meet global and plant requirements.
Manage and maintain IQS user accounts within the plant.
Act as the main point of contact with the Global IQS Key User..
Implementation and Coordination:.
Lead the rollout of IQS modules and IQS-related tools within the plant.
Test plant processes before implementing major IQS and Cloud/Server upgrades to ensure seamless integration.
Implement the Global IQS plan locally, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Collaborate with end users to coordinate IQS activities across multiple modules.
Follow up on the implementation of IQS modules and standardize processes in both ongoing and new projects.
Tracking and Reporting:.
Monitor IQS activities and action plans, tracking progress and reporting on key milestones.
Perform regular audits of plant processes implemented in IQS.
Ensure the correct and effective implementation of IQS across the plant, aligning with global standards..
Job Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Systems (Quality Core Tools), Process Engineering.
Experience with IQS or similar CAQ systems is preferred (training and skill verification will be provided by the location if needed).
Experience leading or supporting Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) in a manufacturing environment.
Certification in Quality Systems (e g, Quality Core Tools, Six Sigma, Lean) is an advantage.
Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments is preferred.
