Sr. Manager/AGM Plant Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for all plant equipment, including CNC machines, VMC machines, Utility, and other mechanical/electrical systems.
  
• Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and ensure smooth operation of critical equipment.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in maintenance operations.
  
• Manage a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve efficient execution of maintenance tasks.

• Experience of working in Heavy Engineering products manufacturing including Turbines & Valves and other rotating machines.
