Job Description:

- Manage the HR function for strategic business partnering, leading talent acquisition.

- Analyze job descriptions and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, ensuring a precise match between candidate skills and role expectations.

- Utilize diverse sourcing tools to identify top talent, rigorously assessing candidates for skill fit and suitability.

- Drive towards monthly recruitment targets, employing strategic approaches to meet hiring needs efficiently.

- Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiation, to secure top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Support current and future business needs through effective talent management, succession planning, performance management, reward and recognition, motivation, and retention of human capital.

- Prepare HR Dashboards and analytical reports to take corrective actions and influence strategic business decision.

- Design and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits plan making it competitive and cost-effective.

- Provide relevant HR expertise and experience to effectively coach / counsel managers and employees.

- Anticipate & address issues/queries proactively.

- Ensure timely payroll along with statutory and Labour compliances.

- Lead the automation and digitisation function and work closely with the Singapore HR team to implement HRIS processes and change it from People soft to Workday.
