Role :

:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support specialist to join our team at Microsoft

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the areas of DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), and Active Directory

You will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our systems, ensuring that our clients have seamless access to their services

Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory systems Provide support to clients via phone, email, or remote sessions Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configurations Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and provide timely resolutions Create and update technical documentation related to DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory systems Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support roles, specifically with DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory systems Strong knowledge of DNS packet analysis tools such as Wireshark Proficiency in troubleshooting DNS resolution issues, including understanding of DNS recursive queries and caching mechanisms Experience with DHCP server administration, IP addressing, subnetting, and related protocols Solid understanding of Active Directory structure, group policies, and user management Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or similar are strongly preferred If you thrive in a challenging environment and have a passion for providing technical support, then we want to hear from you
