Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of intuitive and accessible UI, ensuring exceptional performance and usability
- Drive the process of developing user models, prototyping and crafting user interfaces
- Build simple-to-use interfaces for a complex Network Security solutions
- Adapt and apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Technical Architects, and cross-functional Engineering teams to optimize the designs in order to delight our users
- Strongly disciplined in delivering high quality product
- Lead team through solving customer reported problems, ensuring resolutions meet service level agreements
- Advocate for usability and quality of our products
- Be an innovator and coach, mentor others to innovate
- Have solid background in OOP, modern browser-based UI for cloud-scale applications
- Possess expert level in UI design and public API design for large scale software system
- Strong sense of product usability, as user advocate
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Have previous successes with leading projects that involves dozens of people from multiple cross-functional teams
- Able to quickly identify risks, recommend avoidances, and handle known risks
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related fields and 8+ years of related experience minimum.
