Job Description:

- The IT Application and Product Operations Support Lead is a seasoned professional with over 15-20 years of experience in the IT industry. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the execution of all IT application and product operations within the organization. The executive will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability of our IT applications and products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- The IT Application and Platform Operations lead is responsible for managing and maintaining both software applications and the underlying platforms. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of applications and platforms, providing support to end-users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in IT Application and Platform operations, with a proven track record in a top management role.
