Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the B2B and B2C sales divisions. Partner with sales leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent development.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent for sales roles. Design and execute strategies for hiring large-volume and niche sales positions. Collaborate with sales managers to forecast manpower needs and manage headcount effectively.Performance Management Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks specific to sales KPIs. Collaborate with sales leaders to set performance targets and conduct periodic reviews. Develop incentive and reward programs to drive sales team motivation and achievement.Training & Development Identify skill gaps and design training programs to upskill sales professionals. Partner with external trainers or internal resources to deliver sales-specific training sessions. Implement leadership development programs for high-potential employees in the sales function.Employee Engagement & Retention Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement within the sales teams. Conduct regular surveys to assess and improve workplace culture and morale. Address grievances and ensure prompt resolution of employee concerns.Compliance & Policies Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies within the sales division. Update and communicate HR policies to the sales teams regularly. Handle disciplinary actions and separations in a fair and compliant manner.HR Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment efficiency, and engagement levels. Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management to inform decision-making. Benchmark HR practices against industry standards and recommend improvements.
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
