Weaving Production Head

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management Plan, organize, and monitor daily weaving production activities to meet delivery schedules. Oversee the performance of weaving machines and ensure minimal downtime. Establish and implement production schedules, workflow, and priorities.Quality Assurance Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and improve inspection standards.Team Leadership Lead and supervise the weaving team, including operators, supervisors, and technicians. Provide training and guidance to improve team skills and productivity. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Resource & Inventory Management Monitor raw material usage and ensure adequate inventory for continuous production. Coordinate with procurement and stores departments to manage yarn and other weaving inputs. Optimize resource allocation to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Process Optimization Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Stay updated on the latest weaving technologies and methodologies to enhance operations. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine breakdowns.Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards in the weaving department. Prepare and submit production and performance reports to management. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field
