Job Description: Real Estate - Site Head

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Head to oversee and manage real estate projects from start to finish. The Site Head will be responsible for the closure of deals, sourcing potential projects, supervising backend operations, and ensuring smooth client coordination. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of site management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Closure and Sourcing:

• Lead and manage the closure of real estate deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Source new projects, evaluate their feasibility, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure favorable terms and the successful execution of deals.

2. Site Management:

• Maintain accurate records of site progress, client communications, financial transactions, and project documentation.

3. Team Coordination and Backend Management:

• Supervise the backend team, including project managers, engineers, and other operational staff.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between various departments, including procurement, design, and construction teams.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the site and backend teams, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and responsibilities.

4. Client Coordination and Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and any challenges encountered.
• Address client concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

5. Budget and Cost Management:

• Oversee the site budget, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints without compromising quality.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring profitability for the company.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the project, challenges, and achievements.
