Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real estate sales

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
• Provide tailored solutions and present suitable property options.

Lead Management:

• Connect with leads to explain property features and benefits, encouraging them to visit the site.
• Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
• Build and maintain a strong client network through effective communication and relationship management.

Lead Generation:

• Proactively generate new leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Cold call potential clients and pitch properties effectively.

Site Visits:

• Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients.
• Provide an engaging and informative tour of the property.

Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new projects in the Navi Mumbai region.
• Provide insights to clients to assist them in making informed decisions.

Sales Closure:

• Negotiate terms and finalize deals with clients.
• Ensure timely documentation and completion of transactions.

Reporting:

• Maintain records of sales activity and client interactions.
• Prepare periodic reports for review by the sales manager.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle and address client queries professionally.
• Region Expertise: Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai area, including its neighborhoods and property trends.
• Personal Vehicle & License: Possession of a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Lead Generation Skills: Ability to source and nurture leads independently through proactive efforts. Experience in cold calling and client prospecting is a plus.
