Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our Human Resources team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, compliance, and driving employee development programs to ensure business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
   
• Develop and execute hiring strategies for key roles in the real estate sector.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.
2. Employee Management:
   
• Oversee employee performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure effective resolution.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and compliance.
3. Training & Development:
   
• Create and implement training programs for skill development and leadership enhancement.
• Identify training needs specific to the real estate industry.
4. Compliance & HR Policies:
   
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
5. Strategic HR Planning:
   
• Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth.
• Use HR analytics to improve decision-making and optimize workforce planning.
6. Employee Engagement & Retention:
   
• Foster a positive work culture to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
