AREA/DEPARTMENT: BEAUTY GRADE:


REPORTS TO: VP / Area Head / Head Beauty Vertical


POSITIONS SUPERVISED:


JOB SCOPE:


- To attend all related and incidental work related to the sales, training and development, innovations - Beauty services.


JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:


- The key responsibility will be to implement and lead the beauty team for the beauty services (Packages & RBS) according to the SOPs.


- In addition to the regular responsibilities as specified in the JD, will also be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Beauty Section of the concerned Centres.


Key Responsibilities:


I. Sales Beauty services:


1. To promote Beauty sales & services (RBS, Packages and products) in all centers.


2. To promote sales of new innovations.


3. To improve service delivery of the beauty services.


4. To plan events for improving sales of beauty services.


5. To conduct the sales training of the staff for improving knowledge of Beauty Services in both Slimming & Beauty sections.


6. To increase awareness of Beauty services through promotions and events.


7. To improve service delivery and effectiveness of treatment for customer satisfaction and subsequent rebooking of existing clients.


II. Recruitment, Training and Development


1. To assist in zone wise preparation of TNA for different profiles in beauty.


2. To prepare and follow a proper Training Calendar for the respective zone in consultation with the Beauty Training In charge.


3. To Design and update the training material / content whenever required as per the SOP in consultation with the Beauty Training In charge.


4. To ensure that post Centre Visit, a proper feedback and report is sent regularly to the Beauty Training In charge from the Trainers.


5. To conduct Skill assessments of Beauty Faculty /staff for Institutes and Centers as and when required.


6. To co-ordinate with HR for recruitment and staff development as per the SOP and to ensure that the staff is placed as per the standard norms.


III. Improving Service Delivery:


1. To ensure correct bookings are done and realistic expectations promised.


2. To ensure proper gap between sessions (as per SOP) and to ensure the effectiveness with in the stipulated number of sessions thus improving the execution.


3. In co-ordination with the Beauty In charge / Beauty Head, to ensure that any/related medical problems are addressed before starting treatment for effective results.


4. To ensure that proper temperature of rooms and skin surface is maintained for better service delivery.


5. To ensure proper standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in the Beauty & Hair section all the time.


6. To ensure upkeep of all equipments & requirements of the centres.


7. To monitor the consumption of products as per the SOP and standards of service executed at the centres.


8. To ensure that all Slimming clients have met with the Beauty Head for the requisite consultation


9. To ensure that all beauty staff have read the SOP and are executing the same.


IV. Administrative :


1. To ensure proper coordination with all the concerned departments for the smooth delivery of the objectives.


2. To generate the required reports concerned to the various departments / authorities & software is filled according to service delivery parameters.


3. Regularly visit centers with them, fill check list and send the report to Beauty department in corporate office.


4. To ensure that DSR of RBS & other services reach the concerned authority on daily basis.


5. To do random checking of cards to ensure that the following points are taken care from the centers-client comments, proper diet counseling, signature of the concerned managers.


6. To constantly upgrade oneself and multitask so as to achieve the progression level as per the multitasking / up gradation planner


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Accept additional responsibilities as and when required. Outstation travel of minimum 20 days per month.
