Data Analyst - Female candidates - Delhi Onsite, Exp: 10 - 20 years

Required Profile:
• At least 5 years of relevant IT consulting experience
• Strong practical knowledge of data analysis (quantitative and visualization
techniques)
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify insights
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required
• Experience with Agile project management and development methodologies.
• Proven experience in interacting with remote and virtual teams
• Proven experience in interacting with global and multi-cultural teams/external
providers and working with key stakeholders across an organization
• Data Driven & Technologically savvy
• Proven ability to independently consult
• Experienced in capturing and defining data requirements and reporting them back
to stakeholders
• Experienced in interfacing between Data & Analytics related technical & data
teams for requirement solicitation
• Eager to learn & adapt to newer skills and tools
• Translation of Data & Analytics technologies into business language
• Good communication skills
• Creating a detailed data analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
for a business problem
• Excellent documentation & presentation skills
Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant:
The Key Responsibilities of the Data Analyst include:

Role & responsibilities

Identify and promote methods that enhance efficiency in analytics and reporting

• Evaluate the viability of automated methods for data collection, reporting, and
  analysis
  • Capture requirements using a variety of proven techniques to elicit latent needs,
  test their validity and relevance, resolve conflicts, and guide prioritization
  • Ensure the coverage of all use cases. Capture the as-is and to-be perspective with
  attention to data processes
  • Evaluate existing information systems through gap analysis, developing viable
  alternative solutions and estimates by working closely with the Project team to align
  designs that enable the achievement of strategic outcomes.
  • Coordinate and support the Application development team in Testing and End User
  adoption on various customer projects.
  • Preparation of technical documentation, SOPs and other process documents
  • Understand the relationship between analytical models and business objectives
  • Establish clear linkage between generated models and desired business outcomes
  • Assess the degree to which models meet business objectives and address gaps
  • Ensure alignment on definitions and standards across stakeholders
  • Define, design, and promote appropriate feedback and evaluation methods
  • Share insights and analytical experience through various means, including
  dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Synthesize and simplify details across analyses to highlight relevant findings
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of insights reporting techniques
  
• Required Technical Skills:
  The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Outside-in approach with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality
  deliverables
  • Ability to navigate through complexity, multitask, and work with short deadlines
  • Sound experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Able to produce user stories, data and workflow diagrams, report mock-ups, and
  other aides for validating requirements and informing the technical design phase
  • Comfort with IT processes for project management, change management, and the
  system development lifecycle. Able to converse freely on a range of application and
  data-oriented technical topics
  
• The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in working for UN organizations / International organizations / NGOs /
  Public Sector
  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation,
  visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g.
  Python)
  • Experience developing detailed operational processes from scratch
  • Good command of written and spoken

• High degree of initiative, proactive and ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to deliver quality results
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to
convey complex topics through effective documentation as well as presentations to
all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills, reporting and documenting
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multicultural,
multi-disciplinary environment working under different time-zones
Desirable certifications:
• University degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology or a related
field
• Recognized Data Analysis certification
• Good command (written and spoken) of the major languages of India (e.g., Hindi,
Bengali, Marathi)
