Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile experienced individual to join us as a Scrum Master cum Project Managers role. This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the technical teams in Agile methodologies, ensure smooth project delivery, and help facilitate cross-functional collaboration. As a Scrum Master, you will support the team in delivering high-quality results while adhering to Agile principles, ensuring that all project milestones and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. As a Scrum Master you must facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Resolve team impediments and ensure Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down) are tracked.
2. Oversee project planning, timelines, scope, and resource allocation. Manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
3. Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and drive process enhancements, improving team productivity and project outcomes.
4. Act as the primary liaison between development, testing, design, database teams and the Management to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and requirements.
5. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and key metrics.
6. Provide regular status updates to the management. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
7. Remove blockers and support the team in achieving their objectives. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum etc.).
2. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Agile project management (Scrum Master or Project Manager role). Experience in managing software development projects is preferred.

Certifications:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is a plus.
