Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile professional to join our team as an Infor ERP Consultant and Data & Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring Infor ERP systems, analyzing business processes, managing projects, and providing technical expertise. Additionally, the role includes leveraging data and analytics capabilities to drive business insights, predictive modeling, and business intelligence development.

This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about ERP systems and data analytics, with a focus on using Infor solutions to deliver innovative business solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Consulting and Implementation:

Implement and configure Infor ERP systems such as Infor CloudSuite and M3 to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Perform system customizations, configurations, and optimizations to enhance functionality and user experience.

Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation to clients.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose system enhancements.

2. Business Analysis:

Analyze client business processes and recommend solutions leveraging Infor software.

Document business requirements, workflows, and system specifications for ERP implementations.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of projects.

Create and present detailed business process reports and recommendations to key decision-makers.

3. Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end implementation of Infor ERP solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while coordinating resources and managing risks.

Communicate progress and updates effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure project milestones and KPIs are achieved throughout the implementation lifecycle.

4. Technical Expertise:

Provide technical consulting expertise, including system integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting for Infor software.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless system integrations with other platforms or third-party applications.

Design and implement technical solutions to address client-specific needs, such as data migrations or API development.

5. Data & Analytics:

Analyze data from Infor ERP systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for clients.

Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to optimize business operations using Infor platform data.

Build and maintain business intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards using Infor analytics solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and design reporting frameworks to support decision-making.

6. Software Development (Infor Products):

Develop and enhance Infor ERP products, including Infor CloudSuite and M3.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to support customizations and new feature development.

Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, ensuring high system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience implementing Infor ERP systems (e.g., CloudSuite, M3, LN, Syteline, etc.).

Experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and BI tool development.

Previous experience as a business analyst, technical consultant, or project manager is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Infor ERP software.

Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Infor Birst).

Experience in API integrations, data migrations, and ERP technical support.

Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems and software engineering best practices.
