Job description Business Development Manager
Vitra.ai is an AI Creation and Translation Platform based in Bangalore. Our platform allows users to translate videos, podcasts, and subtitles to over 75+ languages with just 1-click. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
  • Utilize Fresh works tool to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-9 years' prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Experience working with CRM platforms like Fresh works or HubSpot
  • Experience closing enterprise-level deals
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
