Sales Coordinator - Back Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Basic day to day control of each member of the sales team, in assigned area and geography.
• Keep track of during-the-day-movement-track of each member of the sales Team.
• Monitor Target vs Performance of Each Sales Team Member.
• Be the communication bridge for all logistic and sales promotional needs of the Sales Team.
• Track the outstandings and receivables and pursue its execution, so next invoicing can be conducted well in time.
• At the start of the Monitoring and review cycles, targets of each Sales Element should be handed over and acknowledgement received.
• Be in possession of the Sales Funnel of each Sales Team, Executives, Managers, Distributors, so that new outlets are approached for prospecting and retail base growth.
• Receive and forward to Seniors the working report of Sales Team, with proper perusal of reports, including variance, negligence, performance reversal, etc.
• Keep presentation of Monitoring Cycles target vs performance status ready at all times Keep track of Scheme Performance of Key Accounts, wherever and whenever needed Lead the branding requisitioning, placement and upkeep of all branding material Ensure that profitability is achieved on special discount customers.
• Co-Ordinate with Distributors on regular basis and see that any of their task is not kept pending. Execute documentation of new Distributor induction.
• Daily Attendance of sales Team.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Graduate with 1 to 5 Years of Experience in Back Office Sales Support.
• Should Be Excellent in System Knowledge, MS Office and Salesforce Software.
• Should be good in Coordination and Communication.
