• Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of quality architects, analysts, and SI partners, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Test Coverage & Risk Mitigation: Establish robust test coverage strategies, close gaps, and act as the senior escalation point for quality issues.
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Delivery Executive to drive revenue, cost control, budgeting, and margin improvements.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and internal leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Innovation & Process Optimization: Increase test automation coverage (90% target), drive efficiency improvements (10%+ gains), and streamline QA workflows.
• Training & Upskilling: Lead cross-functional training and certification programs, ensuring teams stay ahead of industry best practices.
• Performance & Growth: Optimize resource allocation, team billability, and employee engagement, ensuring career growth and retention.

• Quality Metrics & Client Satisfaction: Meeting or exceeding balanced scorecard quality metrics, reducing executive escalations, and improving key client satisfaction scores.
• Automation & Efficiency Gains: Achieving 90% automation test coverage, improving turnaround time on quality deliverables by 10%, and increasing reusability across QA processes.
• First-Time-Right Execution: Ensuring a high approval rate on test specifications, minimizing defects, and enhancing overall QA precision.
• Cross-Functional Strength: Driving training, upskilling, and certification programs to enhance team expertise and productivity.
• Seamless Sales to Delivery Transition: Collaborating with sales, pre-sales, and legal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful project kickoffs.

• 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools & technologies such as Selenium, JIRA, Robot Framework,  Browserstack, JUnit/JaCoCo, Jest/Instanbul, or similar.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex QA projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in defining and tracking quality metrics (KPIs) to measure success and optimize processes.
• Strong understanding of risk management, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, business leaders, and external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage executive stakeholders and mentor QA teams.

• Experience in cloud-based applications and DevOps practices.
• Certification in ISTQB, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, etc.).
• Experience working with global teams and offshore QA models.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation, pre-sales support, and stakeholder management.
