Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the WFM MIS team.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in WFM data, databases, SQL, and analysis tools.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel, Access, and WFM software.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, security, and quality control in WFM.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create WFM reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work with WFM and other departments to meet data needs.
• Strategic Planning: Align WFM MIS initiatives with organizational goals.
• System Development: Enhance WFM systems and processes with IT teams.

Skills:

• 3+ years in a managerial WFM MIS role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
