Manager WFM

• The purpose of this role is to manage Real Time Management function
  for mobility & other lines of business.
• Role would be responsible for enterprise SL attainment from real time management standpoint.
  
• Responsible authority to take call on escalation procedures & volume
  management across partners and LOBs.
• Role would be responsible for preparing processes & SOPs for real time management function & ensuring adherence of same
