Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (1 position) and Business Development Executives (2 positions) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The roles focus on driving growth and expansion in the specialty chemicals and intermediates sector. The successful candidates will have a strong technical background combined with commercial acumen, playing a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients.


Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives, focusing on expanding market presence and identifying new opportunities.
  • Client Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure profitable deals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and industry dynamics. Leverage insights to capitalize on new business opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients. Understand their needs and provide technical and commercial solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Act as Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice to clients, offering both technical and commercial insights to foster long-term partnerships.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degreeBachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
    • MBA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Industry Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the specialty chemicals or intermediates industry.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand technical aspects of the product and align them with client requirements.
    • Market research and competitive analysis skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation:

  • CTC: No bar for the right candidate.
