Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient Java applications.

- Design and implement microservices architectures to support various business functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall development process.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enhance software delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

Mandatory Skills :

- Java 11/17 : Strong proficiency in Core Java with functional programming experience.

- Spring Boot : Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.

- Microservices : Hands-on experience in building and governing microservices, particularly in supply chain systems.

- Kafka : Familiarity with messaging systems, particularly Kafka, is essential.

- JUnit/Mockito : Solid experience in writing unit tests and implementing test-driven development (TDD).

- Strong coding proficiency in Core Java, JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Desired Skills :

- Web Flux : Experience with reactive programming (nice to have).

- ELK & Kibana : Familiarity with logging and monitoring solutions.

- Databases : Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).

- CI/CD & DevOps : Experience with tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, and GitHub Enterprise.

- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.

- Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to mentor team members.
