Sr. Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Healthcloud Technical Lead provides direction, design, technical strategy using delcarative, programatic development tools to guide the fellow developers deliver configuration and customization requirements including, but not limited to: Apex Triggers, Classes, LWC components along with Flows and OmniStudio suite ( Datarapters, Integration Procedures, Omni cards) REST, SOAP based Integrations, custom apex coding and third party software integrations.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Drive technical designs working with the developers, building PoCs, identifying the suitable approach, owning the solutions proposed.
Develops Health Cloud software solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Flows and OmniStudio along with REST/SOAP based integrations.
Build salesforce Health Cloud for patient services from scratch using both standard declarative and programatic solutions.
Build complex screened, declarative flows in conjunction to apex.
Build LWC to work with screen flows and Omni-cards.
Strong math and analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skill
Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
Champion, Own your technical designs and code/components for reviews.
Configure application related Schema, Security, UI and backend automation, acceptance roles and access controls
Integrate HC application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs. Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user requirements, manuals.

Key Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience designing and developing technical designs in salesforce for large platforms
Minimum of 3 years experience with Health Cloud as a developer is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Lightning Framework (LWC components) in Service Cloud/ Health Cloud.
Minimum of 3 years' experience building OmniStudio Solutions.
Experience in leading technical teams, work with devs to apply best practices in both declarative, programatic approach and Processes, owning end to end technical solutions.
Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.
Background and deep experience with Salesforce are mandatory. PDII, Technical Architect certifications are preferable.
Internal customer management, influence peers, team effectiveness and enhancement, timeline management, proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop trust, shared goals and values.
Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/ negotiation skills.
Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes is a plus
Experience leading CI/CD strategy end to end using any devops tools like Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center/git, genkins is a plus.
Salesforce Health Cloud Super badge completion or certification is a plus.
Relevant Healthcare/ Life sciences experience is a plus.

Technical/Software Skills: Apex, Triggers, Classes, JavaScript, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio, AJAX, jQuery, SOQL, SOSL, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD tooling, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
Salesforce Technical Architect, PDII certifications are preferred.
ServiceNow System Admin certification preferred
Certified implementation specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or any other module preferred
