Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and research.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to finalize bookings.
• Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasts and maintaining sales reports in the system.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration with marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Post-Sale Support: Train and support customers post-sale to ensure successful implementation and adoption of software solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
• Market Monitoring: Continuously analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify potential new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT software sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies and their application in workplace solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a customer-centric approach, are vital.
