Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients in the US and Canada.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US and Canadian clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and meet revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the onboarding process for new clients.

4. Market Analysis and Growth:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the US and Canada.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to refine business strategies.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns targeting the US and Canadian markets.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with outsourcing or virtual services (if applicable).
• Knowledge of industries such as real estate, insurance, IT, or staffing in the US and Canada.
• Expertise in developing partnerships and B2B relationships.
