Location : Gr. Noida / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (5 days Work from office)

PURPOSE :

- Envs, Release, and Data Management Lead role

We are seeking an experienced Environments, Release, and Data Management Lead to oversee and optimize the management of environments, release processes, and data handling for ERP and other systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing lower environments, driving efficient release cycles, and ensuring data synchronization and governance across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP release cycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Manage and maintain lower environments (e.g., development, QA, preproduction) to support project and testing needs.

- Establish and enforce best practices for data management, including data refresh, masking, and governance in non-production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve environment conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and enhance release processes.

- Drive automation and process improvements in release and environment management to streamline operations.

- Monitor and ensure alignment between lower environments and production systems for accurate testing and validation.

Key Requirements :

- Proven 8+ experience in managing environments, releases, and data for ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors).

- Strong understanding of release management processes, including version control and deployment best practices.

- Expertise in data refresh, masking, and governance for non-production environments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and cloud-based environment management.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
