Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage procurement, vendor relationships and Ensure quality, compliance, and timely deliveries.
• Research New Products & Check Specifications
• Research New Vendors/ Suppliers
• Compare and Evaluate Prices from Suppliers
• Negotiate the Price and Payment Terms
• Prepare Purchase Order and work orders and approvals
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Review Quality and Quantity of Purchased Products
• Prepare List of Suppliers with Order Details
• Prepare Report of Purchase and Cost Analysis
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Assist with regular inventory checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Price Comparison and Analysis
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities, including orders, agreements, and invoices.

What we are looking for:

• Experience required minimum 2 years and above.
• Construction material knowledge and purchase experience is must.
• Good in communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, cost reduction focus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Candidates worked in civil construction or real estate industry are preferred.
