Level: Consultant (Management Level 09)

Experience: 4+ years (post-MBA)

What You'll Do:

- Conduct market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities

- Develop & execute business strategies across corporate strategy, business transformation, M&A, pricing, supply chain, and sustainability

- Work with C-level executives to shape future-proof operating models

- Drive cost transformation, process optimization, and digital strategies

- Collaborate with industry leaders and ecosystem partners to drive innovation & sustainability initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute + B.Tech/BE

- Prior consulting experience from a Tier 1 organization

- Strong domain expertise in Automotive & Industrials - either as a consultant or industry professional

- Hands-on experience in growth strategy, product development, sales & distribution, supply chain, M&A, ESG, and digital transformation
