Handle and market bench consultants (H1-B, GC, US citizens) to appropriate requirements.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) employment models.
Sourcing & Recruitment:
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder) and search techniques (LinkedIn, Google strings).
Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements.
Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align candidate profiles with the job specifications, including skills, technical expertise, and compensation rates.
Negotiation & Communication:
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills while interacting with US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Process & Coordination:
Manage contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
Accurately follow through on tasks while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Work independently while managing high volumes of requisitions.
