Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment
strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
People Management:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Oversee performance management processes and contribute to employee development
initiatives. Marketing:
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize digital marketing channels to promote job openings and enhance the company's online
presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, people management, and/or marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in recruitment and employer branding.
