Company Secretary Trainee

This is a full-time on-site internship for a tenure of 12-24 months. The CS Trainee will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, maintaining company records, preparing board and committee meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of corporate governance and company law
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferably the candidate should have passed their finals

Stipend - INR 20,000 per month
