- Shall Execute Given assignments as per Turn Around Time for the Particular Project related with Corporate Laws, FEMA, Securities Law, ESOP, POSH, Insolvency, NCLT Revival of company, Capital Market, compounding or as may fall in time to time.
- Shall help in assisting the senior CS Role & responsibilities
