Position: HR Executive

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through networking and industry connections.

Employee Engagement and Relations

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and ensure effective resolution in compliance with company policies.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain transparency and trust.

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage leave and attendance systems effectively.

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes and assist in creating performance improvement plans.
• Monitor key HR metrics and recommend strategies for employee growth and retention.

Training and Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Assist in planning career growth initiatives for employees.

Compliance and Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Regularly update and communicate HR policies to all employees.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven HR experience of 24 years, preferably in the construction or allied industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
