Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities :

Managing workers and staff of 400 people
Updating government records
Generating pf and esi statement
Enrolling workers in pf and esi
Helping workers in opening bank accounts
Distributing wages and salaries
Know how to generate reports
Know how to use excel and word

Preferred candidate profile :

5 years experience with Excel and Word
5 years experience in preparation of PF, ESI and Salary statements
5 years experience in manufacturing industry especially textile
