Role :

Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead our development teams and drive project success through effective Agile practices.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects while fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities



    Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner/Client to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the development team remains focused, collaborative, and productive by removing blockers and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders

    Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports

    Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Guide the team and organization in applying Agile practices and principles.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on professional development

    Present project updates and performance metrics in executive-level meetings

    Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned

    Required Skills & Experience

    2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience in managing software development projects, preferably using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience with various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Desired Skills

    Experience with specific development methodologies (Lean, Kanban, XP).
  • Experience with project portfolio management.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
