Job Description

Job Summary.

This role is for a Project Manager who will oversee the development of software projects through teams of 8-12 members.

You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to delivery and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities.

Planning, tracking, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Resource allocation and task distribution to team members.

Managing change requests and ensuring project scope remains within defined boundaries.

Leading and motivating a development team including developers, QA testers, and release management personnel.

Working with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and obtain necessary sign-offs.

Understanding of technical and product architecture concepts.

Experience with iterative and agile development methodologies.

Ensuring risk identification and mitigation strategies are in place.

Desired Skills And Experience.

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Technology (B.

Tech).

Minimum 7-12 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Lead or Manager.

Strong team management skills.

Understanding of technical and product architecture concepts.

Experience with client interaction and communication.

Knowledge of iterative and agile development methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban).

Experience with Java, web services, and PL/SQL.
