Boiler Operator

Vaishali Biofuels is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to manage and operate the boilers at our ethanol production facility. The Boiler Operator will ensure the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems to support production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Boiler Operation: Operate and maintain boilers to ensure continuous steam supply for ethanol production.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to boiler operations.

- Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitoring: Continuously monitor boiler performance, pressure, and temperature readings.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in boiler operations preferred.

Proven experience as a boiler operator, preferably in an industrial or ethanol production setting.

Strong understanding of boiler operation principles and safety practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
