Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in Civil Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Civil Engineering, focusing on subjects such as construction materials, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, infrastructure design, structural engineering, transportation engineering, and GIS software.
  
• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  
• Conduct research in areas related to civil engineering and publish papers in reputable journals or present at conferences.
  
• Participate in departmental activities such as curriculum development, committee work, and student evaluation.
  
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new courses or programs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (M. Tech) or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  
• Minimum 1-5 years of teaching experience at the level of Assistant Professor/Lecturer or equivalent position.
  
• Strong knowledge of STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, SAP2000 software applications relevant to civil engineering discipline.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and interaction with students.
