Boiler Attendant 1

Vaishali Biofuels is seeking a certified Boiler Attendant 1st Class to oversee and manage the boiler operations at our ethanol plant. The Boiler Attendant will ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the boiler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Boiler Operation: Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers, reciprocating grate boiler (20TH - 450ds.), traveling grate boiler to ensure continuous steam supply.

Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards for boiler operations.

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections, perform routine maintenance, and promptly address any malfunctions or repairs.

Monitoring: Track boiler performance, including pressure, temperature, and fuel levels, to ensure optimal functioning.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks.

Qualifications:

1st Class Boiler Attendant certification.

Proven experience in operating high-pressure boilers, preferably in an industrial or ethanol production setting.

In-depth knowledge of boiler systems, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
