Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Visa client due diligence inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with coordination of client onsite assessments
- Execute updates to Knowledge Base to enhance efficiencies in reporting
- Collaborate with Visa Subject Matter Experts to maintain a Knowledge Base repository to address due diligence inquiries.
- Support senior management in periodic reporting and/or ad hoc support to the team as needed
- Manage additional projects and initiatives as assigned
- Help the team assess and implement new process improvement initiatives
- A Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or Information Technology
- Professional certifications: CISA, CIA, CISSP, PMP and/or CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience within the fi
