Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage offline marketing activities, including event management, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and brand promotion.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for BTL marketing initiatives such as product launches, roadshows, and sampling events.
  
• Plan and execute promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  
• Develop effective strategies for on-ground activations that align with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in operations or a related field (e.g., marketing).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong understanding of BTL marketing principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor management and team coordination.
